Will be there to receive you at the airport giving all the assistance for eventual car rental,
If you arrive with your car, you shall be greeted at the entrance of the town.
You shall be accompanied to your chosen villa or apartment, the keys shall be handed to you with all the information (local shops and markets, banks etc.) and local map, you will also be given, for the period of your stay, a contact n°
The town and its services:
The local public transport has a town service only; the villas are not included in this service so we do recommend car hire for villas, which we can also arrange for you at competitive prices.
The town does not have the service of public toilets.
The bars do not have restrictions on children, if accompanied by an adult.
The beaches have free access; there are few localities where you pay for sun beds and sun umbrellas, the sea is clean and clear.
The parking attendants do not work during the night and cars are not allowed in the old town.
In the town and outskirts there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, trattoria and pizzerias that do accept credit cards; some do also accept GB pounds and US Dollars.
The premises (accommodation):
All the accommodations are equipped with the electrical appliances as shown on the appropriate technical forms. The majority of the cookers are mainly powered by gas with gas cylinders
Kitchens are equipped with plates, glasses, knives, forks, spoons cups, pans etc..
A supply of bed linen and towels will be provided once a week.
Air conditioning is necessary, but not indispensable, July and August are our hottest months.
When provided, air conditioning and central heating, payable locally.
You will be asked on your arrival for a breakage deposit, which will be reimbursed if no damage is done.
You will be asked for a cleaning charge of 10 euros per person per week extra, cleaning in midweek can be arranged at a local charge.
Please remember :
The accommodations, apartments and villas, have to be freed by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
